RECOMMENDED DBS ANTENNA GUIDELINES:

The below guidelines are intended to be recommended guidelines for the installation of DBS Satellite Dishes on individual homes that will allow installation with minimal impact on the esthetics of the community.  The Covenant Committee and the Board of Directors would request that you review the guidelines prior to the installation of a Satellite Dish.

DEFINITION: Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) antennas one meter in diameter or less, Multipoint Distribution System (MDS) antennas one meter or less, and television broadcast antennas.

INSTALLATION: All DBS, MDS, and television broadcast antennas should be mounted to the rear rooftop of the home and be black in color.  The antenna should be placed in a location from which it can not be viewed from the street from directly in front of the dwelling.  The Board of Directors may require additional forms of camouflage to prevent the antenna from being viewed from the street.

The association does not have any obligation to modify any existing landscaping to permit a homeowner to receive signals.
