SUNROOM AND SCREENED PORCH GUIDELINES:

Sunrooms may only be located on the rear of the dwelling.

The sunroom and any associated apparatus must not protrude past the sides of the dwelling.

Exterior siding and trim must match in color and texture the existing siding and trim of the dwelling.

Roofs must be covered in asphalt shingle and must match in color and texture the existing asphalt roof of the dwelling.

All applicable county codes, laws, and setbacks must be adhered to, including the acquisition of an approved Anne Arundel County building permit and the subsequent inspection by county officials.
