If you wish to make changes to your yard or to the exterior of your home,
your intended exterior architectural modification requires prior approval of the Architectural Control Committee. To request review of your
proposed modification, you will need to fill out the Architectural Change
Request Form and submit it to our community management company, PROCOM. You
may photo-copy the request form from the back of your salmon-colored
covenant booklet, request a hard-copy from PROCOM, or you may download and
print a copy from our web site.
Once you have obtained the form, it should be completely filled out and
signed by the homeowner. You will need to attach sketches, drawings,
clippings, pictures, catalog illustrations, and other data which will
illustrate the details of your proposed change. You should also photocopy
your property survey and illustrate the proposed locations of your
modification.
The form requires signatures of at least four property owners who are most
affected because they are adjacent and/or have a view of your proposed
change. Their signatures indicate an awareness of your intent and do not
constitute or indicate approval or disapproval by the Committee.

management company, PROCOM. You may

The Chapman Farm Architectural Control Committee meets to review
submitted applications once per month. Your completed request must be received by
PROCOM for processing PRIOR to the committee meeting.
If your proposed modification is urgent, such as the case of mitigating a
potential liability, then you may request expedient review of your proposed modification. Please clearly indicate your desire for urgent
review along with a written justification of such a request. We will do
everything possible to have a special assembly for the review of your proposed
modification. (These requests are limited to verifiable
urgent situations, and are thus very rare)
