MINUTES OF THE RESCHEDULED ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS
AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONDUCTED ON MARCH 25, 2003 AT THE CHAPMAN FARM
CLUBHOUSE.
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 7:15pm with the following
Board members present:
- Mike
Kinzel
President
- Carolyn
Griffon
Vice-President
- Nancy
Chick, Community Manager and Danelle Boso, ProCom Management
ROLL CALL AND CERTIFICATION OF PROXIES
10 homeowners were present at the
meeting and there were 21 proxies on file, therefore, a quorum was not
achieved. The re-scheduled Annual
meeting will be held on April 29, 2003 at 7:00pm.
HOMEOWNERS COMMENTS
- Volunteers
are still needed for the newsletter, social committee, and ARC. Any help from residents would be
greatly appreciated.
- Discussed
pressing issues in the community such as ongoing problems with traffic in
the community and the addition of fountains to the retention ponds in the
front and back of the community.
ADJOURNMENT
The Rescheduled Annual meeting
was recessed at 7:30pm. The next
meeting will be on April 29, 2003 at the Chapman Farm clubhouse.
